Marketing Operations Platform
A custom platform that centralizes marketing operations and replaces fragmented spreadsheets with a single operational system.
Problem
Marketing teams were coordinating leads, campaigns, events, and suppliers across disconnected tools — creating friction, duplicated work, and limited visibility.
Role
Systems Analyst — designed and built the product end-to-end, from information architecture and UI to data models, integrations, and access control.
What I did
- 01Unified lead intake, campaign data, and commercial actions into one operational surface

- 03Implemented role-based access to separate operational, commercial, and admin responsibilities

Business Management Platform
An internal platform connecting commercial operations, HR workflows, and financial reporting in one place.
Problem
Commercial, people, and finance data lived in separate systems — making it hard to coordinate teams, distribute leads, and understand operational performance.
Role
Systems Analyst — built the React frontend and FastAPI backend, modeled relational data in PostgreSQL, and connected third-party workflow integrations.
What I did
- 01Designed a Kanban-first commercial surface with performance rankings for day-to-day execution
- 02Modeled organizational hierarchy to support team management and employee registration
- 03Structured financial reporting views, including detailed DRE presentations
